Flat 1 – Park View

A lovely three bedroom apartment, all with ensuite bathrooms, part of a purpose built block, conveniently situated backing on to Poole Park. Just a 10 minute parkland walk to Poole town centre, bus and train stations. Or just a 20 minute harbour side walk to Poole Quay where a number of bars and restaurants are situated. The vibrant Ashley Cross with its many bars and restaurants is also in easy walking distance.

 

Communal entrance lobby area leads you to the front door of Garden View. Bedroom 1
(4ft 6ins double bed) is the first on the left with ensuite (shower, sink and toilet).
Bedroom 2 (4ft 6ins double bed) is next with ensuite (shower, sink and toilet) and opposite a cloakroom/utility room with washing machine. Further along with the hall leads you to Bedroom 3 (2x 3ft single beds or a zip and link 6ft superkingsize bed) and ensuite (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). The kiitchen, dining and lounge areas are open plan.
Full fitted kitchen, fully equipped with oven and separate grill, induction hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge benefits from a 50 inch freeview Samsung TV,  DVD/CD player, leads onto a raised decking area overlooking the lawned garden. Off the lounge is another reception room which comes with a pull out sofa
bed on request and an additional 32 inc freeview TV.

 

Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating, WIFI facility. Oven and separate grill, inductions hob, integrated fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.

Just a 10 minute parkland walk to Poole town centre, bus and train stations. Or just a 20 minute harbour side walk to Poole Quay where a number of
bars and restaurants are situated. The vibrant Ashley Cross with its many bars and restaurants is also in easy walking distance.

 

Stairs from the front communal door will take you up to the first floor where you will
find the Park View apartment, Bedroom 1 (4ft 6ins double bed) is the first on the left with ensuite (shower, sink and toilet), Bedroom 2 (4ft 6 ins double bed) is next with ensuite (shower, sink and toilet) and at the end of the hall is where the third bedroom is located
(2x 3ft singles or zip and link 6ft superkingsize bed) and ensuite (shower, sink and toilet). Fully fitted kitchen, next to the third bedroom, and is open plan with the dining room and lounge. DVD/CD players leads out to the balcony that`s shared with Bedroom 3 and enjoy
views of Poole Park.

The award winning beaches of Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chine are a short drive away. The Sandbanks ferry will take you to the beautiful beaches at Studland skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck hills. Pleasure crafts offer trips direct from Poole Quay to Brownsea Island.

 

The apartments are an excellent base for exploring the wonderful Jurassic Coast and famous New Forest. Sailing, water sports, hiking, spectacular walks are all easily accessible.
